Our UK shipping options are below: 

• FREE UK Delivery on orders over £30 (The Channel Islands & Isle of Man excluded). Please allow 3 - 4  working days for delivery

• 1st class Signed for UK Delivery £4.50  - please allow 3 - 4 working days for delivery (including our processing time)

• Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm £8 (The Channel Islands & Isle of Man excluded. Order by 11am Monday – Thursday only.)

• Weekend Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm £12 (The Channel Islands & Isle of Man excluded. Order by 11am Friday and Saturday only.)

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Processing your order takes 1 to 2 working days and then depending on which service you have chosen, Royal Mail will take it from there. You will receive a shipment notification email as soon as your order is on it’s way.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT

NEU OIL deliveries come in protective cardboard tubes and lovingly packed into a box if you have ordered a bundle. If you would like to add a personal handwritten note to any gift, please leave your message in the comment box when you order.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards & Paypal and all prices are quoted in British pound GBP International payments may be subject to exchange rate & bank charges. These are charged by each individual country and/or bank of use and are not the responsibility of NEUOIL.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Our products are made with quality natural ingredients and are created in small batches. Due to the delicacy of our natural products we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges at this time. In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, please contact us for a replacement product or refund within 14 days of receipt.​
